The right to advertise and promote the sales of the non-invasive blood glucose meters and the patented product in the territory agreed upon in the Contract; the right to know the updates and improvements of the product technology; the right to make recommendations for technical improvements specific to the product; the right to sell the agreed-upon product subject to the existing and future updates or improvements of its patent and technology in the agreed-upon territory within the valid term of this Contract.

乙方保证PHISICENCE GMBH合法获得该协议所及专利的使用权后, 向甲方转让专利产品使用权后, 乙方仍将继续持有本合同约定的相关专利(专利号:  *** )。附件2 为专利转让协议(PATENT ASSIGNMENT)

Party B continues holding the agreed-upon patent (patent No.: ***) after PHISICENCE GMBH acquires the right of use of the patent as referred to herein and Party B licenses the patented product to Party A. The Annex 2 is the Patent Assignment Agreement.

After the commencement of this Contract, Party B shall not license the patented technology of "non-invasive blood glucose meter" (including the right of use of other patented technology and products with similar functions) to a third Party within Party A’s territory as agreed upon herein during the subsistence of the Contract.

乙方针对该“无创血糖仪”的后续技术改进、功能提高等有利于增加该产品的销售量而进行的更新工作, 向甲方有告知的义务。

Party B has the obligation to confide to Party A the follow-up technical improvements, functional enhancement and updates which are specific to and beneficial for increasing the sales volume of "non-invasive blood glucose meter".
