2009.4.14胸腹盆CT: 1、胃窦、胃体癌并不全梗阻北京翻译公司, 病变侵达浆膜外; 2、胃左、腹膜后、肠系膜区多个淋巴结, 大者约1.2cm; 3、双侧附件区软组织结节, 正常卵巢与转移瘤待鉴别。盆底少量积液。4、肝右后叶小血管瘤。
April 14th, 2009: thoracic, abdominal and pelvic cavity CT: 1. It reported sinus ventriculi and corpus ventriculi cancer accompanied with incomplete obstruction and the tumor had invaded outside the serous membrane; 2. Many lymph nodes including left gastric lymph node, retroperitoneal lymph node and mesenteric lymph node were detected, with a size of about 1.2cm; 3. Soft tissue nodus were detected at bilateral adnexa regions. Whether they are normal ovaries or metastatic tumor is to be identified. A small amount of hydrops was also detected at the bottom of pelvic cavity; 4.A small angeioma was detected in hepatic right posterior lobe
2009.4.15 B超: 胃壁弥漫性增厚, 符合胃癌; 腹腔腹膜后淋巴结肿大, 考虑为转移; 附件区未见明确占位性病变。
手术前没有查CA系列。
April 15th, 2009: B ultrasound: The results showed diffuse thickening of the gastric wall, supporting the diagnosis of gastric cancer. Retroperitoneal lymph node lymphadenectasis was observed, which is considered to be the tumor metastasis. No obvious space occupying lesion was detected at the adnexa regions. CA series were not tested before the surgery.
术中探查: 腹腔无腹水, 盆腔未见转移结节, 肝、胆、胰、脾未见异常 音频翻译。胃窦弥漫性病变, 主要位于小弯, 15cm X15cm, 侵出浆膜, 向下包绕胃网膜右血管, 向右侵犯胰腺。第7, 8, 9, 12组淋巴结融合成团, 大者直径4cm。 Surgical exploration: No abdominal dropsy was detected in the abdominal cavity and no metastatic nodus was detected in the pelvic cavity. No abnormality was detected in liver, gallbladder, pancreas and spleen. Diffuse change was detected in sinus ventriculi, which was mainly located at lesser gastric curvature, with a size of 15cm X15cm and invasion outside the serous membrane, embracing gastric omentum right blood vessel and involving pancreas at the right side. The 7th, 8th, 9th and 12th group of lymph nodes mixed together to form a lump with the diameter of 4cm. |
