This Contract is made and entered into and executed by and between the companies «GAZPROM» hereinafter referred to as the ”Seller” represented by Zribny Yuri Vladimirovich, Deputy Director, acting on the basis of the Power of Attorney dated June ,21 , 2008, on the one hand, and the company “Sinochem Heilongjiang Imp & Exp Corporation” hereinafter referred to as the «Buyer», represented by Mr.Li Zhan/ (CEO), acting on the basis of Corporate Resolution, on the other hand, together hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”, as follows:
