He is mainly responsible for: research for feasibility, design and operation of mechanical devices; planning and organizing development of mechanical devices; technical design, strength analysis, testing and verification of mechanical equipment and devices; handling relevant technical problems produced during the production and test, and monitoring installation and commissioning of mechanical systems. He is responsible for technical work of his office director.
