依据乳制品生产许可证审查细则(2006版), 乳制品通常是指以原乳经过预处理、加工而成的液体、半固体或固体的产品。包括液体乳、乳粉、其他乳制品。乳制品的申证单元为3个：液体乳(巴氏杀菌乳、高温杀菌乳、灭菌乳、酸乳); 乳粉(全脂乳粉、脱脂乳粉、全脂加糖乳粉、调味乳粉、特殊配方乳粉、牛初乳粉); 其他乳制品(炼乳、奶油、干酪、固态成型产品)。生产乳制品所用的原料、辅料应符合相应的国家标准或行业标准的规定。不得使用乳或乳制品以外的动物性蛋白质或其他非食用原料制成的产品作为生产原料。牛乳应当符合GB/T6914《生鲜牛乳收购标准》的规定北京英语翻译。
According to “Detailed Check Regulations of Permit for the Production of Dairy Product (2006 version)”, the dairy products indicate the liquid, semi-solid or solid products produced by raw milk through pre-treatment and processing. Cow’s milk should comply with GB/T6914 “Standards for the qualification of raw and fresh milk received from farms”.
