一、原则

1、根据《中华人民共和国合同法》与《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》、《中华人民共和国海关法》及其它政府部门相关法规法令，甲、乙、丙、丁四方经友好协商，遵循平等、自愿、公平、诚信的原则签订本合同。

I. Principle

1. In accordance with the Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Foreign Trade Law of the People’s Republic of China, Customs Law of the People’s Republic of China and other relevant laws, provisions and decrees of government authority, after friendly negotiation, Party A, Party B, Party C and Party D hereby sign the contract hereof based on the principle of equality, voluntariness, fairness and honesty.

2、甲、乙、丙、丁四方根据甲、乙、丁方委托丙方储存货物的计划和丙方仓储数量的概况，经过充分协商，一致同意在本合同约定的各项原则基础上，由丙方向甲、乙、丁方提供代理报关、运输、仓储、收发货等第三方物流服务深圳英语翻译。

2. Pursuant to the plan of Party A, Party B and Party D entrusting Party C to store cargo and warehouse quantity status of Party C, after sufficient negotiation, Party A, Party B, Party C and Party D shall unanimously agree that based on all principles stipulated hereof in the contract, Party C shall provide the third party logistics services to Party A, Party B and Party D including agents for customs declaration, transportation, warehousing, cargo receiving and delivery, etc.

甲、乙、丁方同意由丙方为其提供国内运输服务，和按本合同规定支付给丙方相关费用。甲、乙方在使用丙方服务时，须使用丙方所提供的专属客户帐号，对其负保密责任，对发生的全部费用由甲、乙方承担付款责任广州英语翻译. Party A, Party B and Party D shall agree that Party C shall provide domestic transportation services and Party A, Party B and Party D shall pay relevant expenses to Party C in accordance with stipulations in the contract hereof. When Party A and Party B use services of Party C, Party A and Party B are required to use the special customer account number provided by Party C and keep confidential with such account number, and Party A and Party B shall bear the liability for payment for all expenses incurred hereof.
