1:分析系统的使用

分析系统调校完成后, 将防爆开关置于开位置, (千万注意)即可进入使用状态。这时要将三通阀置于样气位置, 接通待侧气体便可进行工作。工作时样气流量应为0.5L/min。

1: Use of Analysis System

After completing the calibration of analysis system, pay special attention to place the explosion-proof switch in the open position to enter the operating condition. At the time, place the triple valve in the sample gas position; connect the gas under test for work. Sample gas flow during work should be 0.5L/min.     

2:分析系统的维护与检查

  (1): 主机分析仪一般无需维修, 只需定时(约一个月左右)校对其零终点刻度。英语翻译

  (2): 为保证整个分析系统的可靠运行, 主要的维护工作只限于根据现场情况定期更换干燥剂并观察气路是否阻塞和气路中过滤部件是否阻塞, 如粉尘过滤器等, 需定时清除粉尘或更换滤芯。(滤芯带有备件)

2: Maintenance and Inspection of analysis system

  (1): Main unit analyzer generally doesn’t need maintenance generally, only need to calibrate the zero and end point scale regularly (about one month). 

  (2): In order to make sure the reliable operation of the whole analysis system, main maintenance work is only limited to regularly replace the desiccant according to the site condition and observe whether the air passage and its filter parts (such as dust filter) are blocked, clean out dust or replace the filter element regularly (the filter element has spare parts). 

运输与保管

仪器在运输保管过程中要防雨, 防震, 防倒置, 相对湿度不大于80%, 不要在露天检查仪器外观和内部情况, 以免丢失零部件。日语翻译

Transportation and Storage

During the transportation and storage process, the instrument should be rain-proof, shockproof and inversion-proof, relative humidity should be not more than 80%, don’t check the instrument appearance and inside information in the open air for fear of losing the parts.
