The equipments can cast aluminum alloy, stainless steel, copper, ductile iron, gray iron, vermicular iron and different conventional metal parts. 1、先制作模具，3~4次修改模具后才能达到设计要求。Make the mold first; only after revising the mold for three to four times, it can meet the design requirements.

2、复杂件只能采用多箱造型的方法，难度增加，铸件容易产生错位，增加清理和机加工的工作量Complex parts only can adopt the method of multi-box molding, difficulty is increased, casting is easy to cause dislocation, increase the workload of cleanup and machining.  

3、往往只能型芯分开成型，再进行组装，定位误差增加。It only can separate mold from core frequently, and then conduct the assembly; positioning error is increased. 

4、需拔模斜度。Pattern draft is required.

5、传统加工方法难以保证曲面精度，存在无法克服的障碍交替传译。Traditional processing method is difficult to ensure the curved surface precision, has the unconquerable obstacles.

6、铸件有问题很难确定是设计问题还是模具问题。If the casting has the problem, it is very difficult to confirm whether it is design problem or mold problem.

7、对新产品开发模具投入太大，一般都在几十万以上。Investment of new product development mold is too large, generally over RMB several hundred thousand Yuan.
